As reported by the trade press, Anouck Duranteau-Loeper was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Saint Laurent in charge of product, effective 1 July 2026, with a remit spanning the studios, collection development, merchandising and product operations. She reports to Chief Executive Officer Cédric Charbit and works alongside Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello. She joined from Isabel Marant, where she was chief executive.

Saint Laurent named Johnny Coca creative director of men's and women's leather goods and of all accessories and lifestyle collections. Coca had left Louis Vuitton at the end of 2025, where he was director of women's accessories, and previously held senior accessories roles elsewhere in the industry. The appointment was reported in February 2026 and strengthens the leather goods and accessories capability under Cédric Charbit's leadership of the house.

Kering's 2025 full-year results reported group revenue of €14,675 million, down 10% on a comparable basis. Saint Laurent recorded revenue of €2.64 billion, down 8% as reported and 6% on a comparable basis, with recurring operating income of €529 million and a recurring operating margin of 20.0% — held level with 2024 through efficiency measures offsetting negative operating leverage.

Within the year, sales from the directly operated retail network were down 6% and wholesale revenue fell 14% on a comparable basis. Fourth-quarter sales were stable on a comparable basis — a further quarter of sequential improvement — with the directly operated retail network also stable, supported by growth in North America and a return to positive territory in Western Europe.

Cédric Charbit became Chief Executive Officer of Saint Laurent with effect from 2 January 2025, succeeding Francesca Bellettini and returning to a house where he had previously spent four years on the product side. He reports to Francesca Bellettini in her role as Kering Deputy CEO in charge of Brand Development, and works alongside Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello.

In its announcement, Kering noted that Cédric Charbit joined the group in 2012 as Product Strategy Director of Saint Laurent, following extensive experience in the luxury industry, and became Chief Executive Officer of Balenciaga in 2016. Both new chief executives report to Francesca Bellettini, Kering Deputy CEO in charge of Brand Development, who from that date was entirely dedicated to the development of the group's Fashion, Leather Goods and Jewellery houses.

Balenciaga's return to haute couture in July 2021 came fifty-three years after the house last showed couture, following the closure of Cristóbal Balenciaga's atelier in 1968. The collection was designed under Demna's creative direction and marked several firsts for the house, including the inclusion of men's looks in its couture offering.

This is a house milestone recorded during Cédric Charbit's period as chief executive of Balenciaga. It is not presented as a personal achievement.

Membership of the Group Executive Committee places a house chief executive inside the body that oversees Kering's portfolio as a whole, alongside responsibility for an individual maison. He held the position while running Balenciaga and it followed nearly three years in that role.

At the time of the appointment he was Executive Vice President at Saint Laurent, with responsibility covering product, retail merchandising and communication. He remained chief executive of Balenciaga for eight years, until the leadership change that took effect on 2 January 2025.
